Cancellation and Refund Policy

Scope

This policy covers weekend breaks booked on cleanenerggy.com from PE cleanenerggy.com (EDRPOU 77732803), Office 402, Business Center Renaissance, 24 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. It does not limit your statutory rights.

Cancellation by the traveller

• More than 14 days before the start date: full refund less a UAH 300 administration fee.
• 7 to 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the start date or no-show: no refund.

Stricter supplier terms are shown before you confirm a booking.

Changes and cancellation by us

One date change may be requested up to 7 days before departure, subject to availability, for a UAH 200 fee plus any supplier price difference; later changes count as a cancellation. If we cancel a confirmed break, choose a full refund or an alternative date of equivalent value.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are paid within 10 business days to the original payment method; provider fees may be deducted where the law allows.
