Terms of Service
These terms govern weekend-break planning and booking requests made through cleanenerggy.com.
1. Operator identity

This information is shown before you order or book, as required by Zakon Ukrainy “Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv” vid 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII and Zakon Ukrainy “Pro elektronnu komertsiiu” vid 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
2. Requests and confirmation
A submitted request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Dates, availability and price are confirmed only in our written reply. Where a tourist product is arranged, we give complete and reliable information about the product, the organiser and the agency before the contract is concluded, under Zakon Ukrainy “Pro turyzm” vid 15.09.1995 № 324/95-VR. Any licence reference is made under Zakon Ukrainy “Pro litsenzuvannia vydiv hospodarskoi diialnosti” vid 02.03.2015 № 222-VIII.
3. Costs and traveller duties
Quoted prices cover the planning fee and the services listed in the proposal. They exclude passports, visas, insurance not marked as included, personal spending and optional activities. You must give accurate traveller details and hold valid documents, visas and health cover; changes caused by inaccurate details are at your cost.
4. Personal data and cookies
We process names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and booking details with your consent, solely to handle your request, under Zakon Ukrainy “Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh” vid 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Cookies, analytics and marketing pixels run only after informed consent through the cookie banner, which includes a reject option, under Zakon Ukrainy “Pro elektronni komunikatsii” vid 16.12.2020 № 1089-IX. You may withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion at contact@cleanenerggy.com.
5. Complaints and governing law
Send complaints to contact@cleanenerggy.com; we reply within the periods set by law. Consumer rights are governed by Zakon Ukrainy “Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv” vid 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII, and these terms by the law of Ukraine.
